This painting was also built around relief and texture. I used cut foam sheets and mounted them to create real dimension to the painting and then I covered the whole painting with a few coats of clear varnish. I wanted it to look wet, the outcome was great…however i struggled a lot with this one and It was on hiatus for almost 4 months before I finished it. Like Jack went back to the Island because he had to, I went back to this painting to finish it.
