I took this in Hoboken on that same rainy night I took “1977” . At first glance of what I took that night I knew this and “1977” would be the two that made the cut. I processed this pic many times over and I pulled out this surreal atmosphere. Somewhat dreamywish and smooth. I feel like the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” will be hopping out at any moment.
